Barbeque Ribs

Moe Pritchett’s Barbeque Ribs Recipe

Take 2 slabs of ribs and cut in half. Boil for 45 minutes on high and then start your fire letting it burn for about a half hour or until the coals turn white. Spread coils and place hickory chips on coals. Begin browining ribs turning over frequently until golden brown. Begin to apply Big Moe’s famous BBQ sauce. As you rotate ribs put more BBQ sauce on ribs. Repeat this 3 times. 

Barbeque Chicken

  Moe Pritchett's Barbeque Chicken Recipe 

 Roast unseasoned chicken; during the last 30 minutes of the cooking cycle baste 3 times with Moe Pritchett’s barbeque sauce at 10-minute intervals. Cook chicken until the internal temperature reaches 180 degrees for 30 seconds. Remove chicken and apply final basting coat of sauce. 

Barbequed Pulled Pork

Moe Pritchett's Barbequed Pulled Pork Recipe 

 Stir one pound of fully cooked shredded pork into 18 ounces of Moe Pritchett’s Barbeque Sauce. Heat at 350 degrees for thirty minutes or until the internal temperature reaches 165 degrees for thirty seconds. Simmer on low covered for an additional 15 minutes to ensure the sauce has absorbed into the pork. 

Smoked Barbeque Sausage

Moe Pritchett's Polish or Smoked Barbeque Sausage Recipe 

 Simply bake in an oven for 15 minutes at 350 degrees until sausage begins to plump and reach the internal temperature of 165 degrees for 30 seconds. Pull sausage from oven and dip into a pan of sauce three times during the baking process, once every five to seven minutes. Each application will increase the thick coating and glazing effect .

Barbeque Beans

Moe Pritchett's Barbeque Beans Recipe

 Drain and simmer one # 10 can of precooked northern beans in 78 ounces of Moe Pritchett’s Barbeque Sauce for 30 minutes in a preheated 350 degree oven. Turn down to low and simmer for 15 minutes.
